TGB’s Return Policy implies in situations where the product is damaged during transit or any manufacturing defect.
Return on breakage: – Return will be taken up only in case of wrong product being delivered or dead product received or major breakage in the product. However, the image must be shared within 2-3 days of delivery. After sending the request of the problem it will take up to 24-48 hours for redressal, as compensation customer can get refund (T&C Apply) or get the same product delivered again.
Returning Plants: – at TGB Garden we do not accept returns on plants as the plants will perish due to both way transit stress. But we guarantee great plants at your doorstep.
Plants might look a little dull or stressed when they reach you, but it is our assurance that if you follow the proper care tips they will be back to normal in no time.

Returning Non-Plant Items: –
We strive to partner with you in all your green dreams, so if you have ordered something by mistake and wish to return it customer will have to bear the courier and packaging charges both sides and rest money can be refunded. After receiving the product, the condition will be assessed based on that refund will be initiated at the discretion of the seller this process might take up to 2-3 working days.
Incase claim is accepted: – as compensation customer can get refund (T&C Apply) or get another product delivered again
In case of claim rejection: – customer will have to buy something of the remaining amount
