Delivery: –

We choose the best available courier service for your pincode, however many times due to lockdown/employee strikes/courier pickup issues/non serviceable pincode/ delivery restrictions/ packet lost in transit etc your delivery time can be impacted.

In case of non-serviceable pincode: – Customer can provide alternative address or we can refund the whole amount can take upto 3-4 days

Unavailability of Buyer at time of Delivery: – incase buyer is not available at time of delivery our delivery mechanism tries upto 3 times after which it is returned to The Green Boutique Office Gurgaon Haryana, in that case customer will have to bear the charges of shipments both way and under no circumstances The Green Boutique will bear any kind of charges.

Packet Lost in Transit: – Incase package is lost in transit at the time of dispatch The Green Boutique will be bearing all the risk however incase customer wishes to self-ship the order at time of return risk will be in the scope of the BUYER and Not the SELLER.
